Welcome to Labastide-Rouairoux, in the Upper Thoré Valley, between the Montagne Noire and the Monts de Lacaune. This area is renowned for its beautiful landscapes, forests ideal for hiking and its rich textile heritage. The village proudly preserves this history through its Textile Museum and the famous Fête du Fil festival. Nature lovers will also enjoy the Passa Païs Greenway, perfect for walking or cycling, which runs just above the property.



Located in the former textile mill of the Le Petit Paradis Residence, on the banks of the river, La Petite Maison is a detached single-storey cottage designed for two guests seeking peace and relaxation. Close to the owners' home, this cosy accommodation is air-conditioned and surrounded by a pleasant green setting.



The cottage includes a comfortable living area with a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, combination microwave oven and filter coffee maker).

Outside, you will enjoy a shared enclosed garden with several peaceful seating areas. The covered, shaded terrace is perfect for relaxing during the warmer months. The river, accessible from the garden, offers the opportunity for a refreshing swim and features a nearby natural waterfall. Bicycles are available for guests. A shared room for all the cottages, inspired by the traditional village cafés, includes a television, games and a bar. Private parking is available on site.



Kitty and Guy also offer pedicure treatments, wine tastings, access to their library, fitness facilities, barbecue facilities (shared or private) and friendly evenings at the bar.



In winter, an electricity supplement applies. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash.
