Not far from Puigcerdà, Spain, this former school, renovated by the municipality in the typical village of Nahuja, welcomes you for a Catalan holiday! Close to shops and near the Llo thermal baths, come and relax year-round in the sulfurous waters. Whatever the season, you can enjoy the scenery and outdoor activities: hiking, snowshoeing, downhill/cross-country skiing. This ground-floor cottage features: a living room with a sofa and TV, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, and traditional coffee maker; a bathroom with shower and toilet; a first bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm); and a second bedroom on a mezzanine with one double bed (140x190 cm). Enjoy the outdoors in the enclosed garden adjoining the cottage, equipped with a barbecue. Parking is available nearby. Three year-round rentals and the town hall are located in the same building as the cottage. Heating and electricity are included.
