Located in Andernos-les-Bains, a 5-minute bike ride from the Arcachon Basin, the Les Pins gîte welcomes you for a nature getaway in a pleasant and relaxing setting. Situated in a quiet, wooded area bordered by the Bétey stream, a protected zone, you will have a private garden – including a parking space and private sliding gate – planted with strawberry trees, pines, mimosas, and bamboo. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a table and four chairs, two sun loungers, and two armchairs. A barbecue area is also available.



The house boasts a bright, spacious, and comfortable interior, recently renovated. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a dining area, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed (120x190cm) opening onto the south-facing garden (French doors), and a lovely bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x190cm) and French doors leading to the garden. Bathroom comprising: spacious 120x90cm shower cubicle, washbasin with drawers, heated towel rail, window. Separate WC with window. Linen for 2 people (double bed made up on arrival, towels and bath sheets, kitchen towels, hand towels) included in the price (linen package available for a third person at an additional cost). Electric heating is charged to the tenant based on meter readings. The cottage is attached to the owners' house but is not overlooked. End-of-stay cleaning is available.
