In the Côtes de Bourg and Côtes de Blaye vineyards, about forty kilometers from Bordeaux, discover this 70m² gîte in the heart of a restored 18th-century farmhouse.

It features a private garden with a terrace, adjoining the Le Cocon gîte (small Fenouil gîte) and a residential house. The ground floor comprises a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, a bedroom with a dressing room (queen-size bed), a small bathroom, and a separate toilet. The mezzanine features two single beds (80x190) and a cozy relaxation area.

To relax, the swimming pool is available from May to September from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting, as well as a games area with a pétanque court, table football, and ping-pong table. These various spaces are shared with the two other cottages on the estate and the owners. The property's landscaped grounds are at your disposal and will invite you to explore throughout the seasons.

kitchen linens are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available. Covered parking is available. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Baby equipment is available upon request. For everyone's comfort, the cottage is non-smoking inside.
