The house is 3 km from the Superbagnères ski resort via the gondola lift and 17 km from Peyragudes (or 2 km from the shuttle bus). Come and discover the Pyrenees and Luchon (in town: thermal baths, skiing, fishing, golf, cycling; nearby: the Antignac water sports center with rafting and canoeing...).



Access to the house is via three steps. The entrance leads to a large, bright and airy living room with a lounge area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen. The house comprises three bedrooms: "Art Populaire" (one queen-size bed [160cm] with en-suite shower room: walk-in shower [140 x 90cm], washbasin, and toilet); "Aux Oiseaux" (one queen-



size bed [160cm] with a shared, adjoining shower room: walk-in shower [140 x 90cm], washbasin, and toilet); "De L'Herbier" (two single beds [90cm], which can be joined together); and a 10m² "Explorateurs" (four single bunk beds [90 x 200cm]). There is also a shared shower room with a walk-in shower [120 x 90cm] and washbasin. A separate toilet with a washbasin is also provided.



Laundry room: washing machine and dryer, clothes rack and shelves for drying ski or hiking gear (electric heater). Garage for 1 car or bicycles or motorcycles.
