Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the private dock in an area renowned for catfish. You can also enjoy a region rich in discoveries: Albi, the "Red City," a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will charm you with its Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. A few kilometers away, Cordes-sur-Ciel will immerse you in a medieval atmosphere, while the hilltop villages of the Bastide Country invite you to stroll and explore.

On the lower level: a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and sink, a lounge, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and shower.



Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden with a terrace, outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and an electric vehicle charging point. A garage is also available.



The terrace overlooks the river; from sunrise until late in the evening, it's a wonderful place to relax in peace and quiet, with a glass of Gaillac wine in hand.
