On the heights of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Clovis - En Izarn enjoys a peaceful setting in the heart of the Tarn countryside. The hamlet offers beautiful views over the Pays de Cocagne, with the Montagne Noire and the Lauragais plain in the background, and even the Pyrenees when the weather is clear. From here, you can easily explore Revel, Sorèze, Puylaurens and Castres. Not far from the gîte, the Sor et Agout lakes are a pleasant place for walks and a variety of leisure activities. Toulouse, Albi and Carcassonne are also within reach for a day trip.



Fully renovated and air-conditioned, this holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests. It adjoins gîte G1424 and is located close to the owners' home. Designed with family holidays in mind, it has a private garden and a designated play area, which is clearly defined but not enclosed.



The ground floor is arranged around a spacious living area combining the lounge, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which includes a filter coffee maker. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a separate toilet on this level.



Upstairs, the three bedrooms are arranged as follows:

- Bedroom 1: 1 bed, 140 x 190 cm

- Bedroom 2: 1 bed, 160 x 200 cm

- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, 90 x 190 cm



A shower room with toilet completes the first floor. A cot is available and, to make stays with young children easier, the owners can provide stair gates, a bed rail, a child toilet seat and booster seats on request.



In fine weather, the garden naturally becomes an extension of the house. The terrace enjoys the morning sun before becoming shaded, making it a pleasant place to relax outdoors throughout the day.
