In the northeast of the Tarn, not far from Albi and its famous Episcopal City listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the village of Sérénac offers a hilly countryside setting. Explore the banks of the Tarn River, discover the picturesque villages of the Ségala like Ambialet, or enjoy the many hiking trails that crisscross the region.

In this peaceful setting lies this large family gîte, adjoining the owners' home.



The ground floor features a fully equipped independent kitchen with a breakfast bar and access to a laundry room.

Up a few steps, two bedrooms:

- one with a 140x190 cm double bed

- the other with four 90x190 cm single beds, ideal for children

Also on this level: a shower room and two separate toilets.

The highlight of the house is the spacious dining room, designed for group gatherings, with a fireplace (wood provided), a large family table, a billiard table, a foosball table, and a television — perfect for cozy indoor moments, whatever the weather.

area continues with three family rooms, each with its own shower room and toilet:

- one with a 140x190 cm bed and two 90x190 cm beds

- one with two 140x190 cm beds and one 90x190 cm bed

- one with a 140x190 cm bed and one 90x190 cm bed

A small sitting area on the landing offers a quiet space for reading or relaxing.



Outside, the gîte opens onto a large shaded terrace with a long table. A barbecue and a plancha are available for outdoor meals. The garden features a private swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.40 m), secured by a fence, surrounded by sun loungers and a small garden lounge. A hammock is installed in the shade for peaceful naps, while children can enjoy a play area with swing, slide and trampoline.

A pétanque court and a ping-pong table complete the outdoor amenities. Finally, you'll spot some of the owner Christian's sculptures throughout the property — a subtle artistic touch that gives the gîte a unique personality.
