An adjoining building houses a billiard room on the first floor — perfect for your relaxing evenings.



Outside, a large covered terrace overlooks the private swimming pool (8x4 m, 1.40 m deep) secured with a roller shutter. A sauna, outdoor shower, sun loungers and bean bags complete this inviting leisure area. You'll also enjoy a pétanque court, enclosed garden, table tennis and darts.
