The cottage, located in the same house as that of the owners, is arranged on 2 levels with a large vaulted living room on the ground floor. The main room has an open kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area, on the ground floor, you can enjoy a games and reading area. Direct access to the private land allows you to appreciate the southern exposure and outdoor facilities (garden furniture, barbecue, pizza oven, etc.). Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with a private shower room-WC (1 160 cm bed convertible into 2 80 cm beds, 2 single bunk beds and 2 140 x 190 cm beds, 1 80 cm bed cm and 1 BZ in 90 cm). Private outdoor space with reserved parking. Oil central heating and fireplace with open hearth (wood included). The cottage is located in a peaceful environment with many opportunities for outdoor activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking,



snowshoeing, discovery of the fauna, flora and sites towards the Col du Noyer or the Ecrins National Park. Sheets and table linen provided, possibility of cleaning option at end of stay. Common equipment room available.
