Valérie welcomes you to the carefully restored former outbuildings of the beautiful bourgeois mansion of the estate dating from the 19th century. Calm and tranquility, in the heart of a beautiful 1.4 ha property (adorned with a pleasant large garden, a convivial "barbecue" area with brazier, plancha & pizza oven & a private pontoon "on the water"), nestled on the banks of the Saône, in a cul-de-sac within a peaceful residential area steeped in history, on the edge of a gentle plain of cultivated fields & meadows, facing the quays of the town which look like a "postcard" (illuminated at night). A renowned gastronomic destination with its Michelin-starred restaurants, this charming town, with its striking colorful facades lending it an unusual Mediterranean charm, is crisscrossed by gentle pedestrian streets. It boasts all modern amenities, an invaluable heritage, a unique level of sports and leisure facilities, and enjoys a sublime, unspoiled landscape (a succession of hedged meadows, r

ivers, beautiful wild forests, and vineyard-covered hillsides). This spacious and very comfortable gîte offers generous living spaces. The warm, "loft-like" style blends tradition and modernity, combining a rustic feel with contemporary industrial touches, enhanced by the magnificent original timber frame. Cozy and inviting, with a soft and enveloping atmosphere, it exudes charm and character. A small, partially covered terrace opens onto the courtyard.

Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Heat pump heating. Air conditioning. Washing machine in shared laundry room (accessible from the outside). Ground floor: large studio (double bed 160x200cm), shower room (shower/WC). Private terrace and parking. 1.4 ha grounds (courtyard and garden with terrace area, barbecue/fire pit, griddle, and pizza oven) and shared bicycle storage.
